Wadding/Wad inserting

Automated system for precise insertion of wads into caps. machine consist of cap feeding arrangement using bowl feeder which places caps in open side up position on the infeed conveyor. star plate with indexing mechanism which indexes caps to specified degrees followed by wad pick and place system which places wad inside the cap. last station we called it as final pressing station which presses wads below the retainer ring of the cap. machine is capable to accommodate varieties of cap sizes fully automated system with additional accessories like no wad detection , auto counter as per batch size and safety system like no air supply machine stops , alarm indications for no cap on conveyor , no wad in wad retaining pipes.
