A solution which works to fit dual seal caps.
Working principle : Cap flows in open side up position from bowl feeder to star plate which indexes to specified degrees followed by ring which enters from bowl feeder to upper star plate. A pressing unit which fits cap on the ring with excellent fitment and a dual seal cap is formed.
We also have a no ring detection system if required and a product counter which stops the machine with required batch size.
